We're looking for an experienced Millwright | Welding & Fabrication professional to join our growing team. In this role, you'll install, maintain, repair, fabricate, and weld equipment used in industrial and commercial settings. You'll work alongside a skilled team on equipment installations, maintenance projects, and scheduled plant shutdowns while delivering high-quality workmanship in a safety-first environment.

What You'll Do
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment and machinery
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Fabricate components and assemblies using a variety of welding and fabrication techniques
- Perform field welding and equipment modifications as required
- Assemble machinery and mechanical systems using proper installation procedures
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and material handling equipment
- Complete precision alignment, fitting, and assembly of mechanical components
- Support planned plant shutdowns and maintenance outages
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Travel occasionally to customer facilities for installation and shutdown work
What We're Looking For
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license or reliable transportation
- Welding certification or the ability to obtain certification
- Experience with welding, fabrication, and mechanical assembly
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work safely under pressure, especially during scheduled shutdowns
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to quality workmanship
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous industrial millwright experience
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification
- Forklift certification
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Experience with industrial maintenance, equipment installation, and plant shutdowns
